MOIA

Europe's incumbent-industry answer: a homologated series-production autonomous van plus the software and operations to run it, sold as a turnkey package to transit authorities. That makes MOIA the most likely vehicle supplier for European cities that want AVs without handing a Chinese or American operator the customer relationship — but its own services still carry safety drivers.

Transit authority Ruter and operator Holo took MOIA's ID. Buzz AD into service in the Groruddalen district from spring 2026, after two years of Mobileye Drive testing. Ruter's stated long-run ambition is up to 30,000 shared AVs in the city's transport network.
